I see I can't just give out information because folks are so lost with this whole variant/fake thing, I've gotten 100 emails in 20 minutes. THE ATHLETE's FOOT is a franchise, an independent franchise. They can sell whatever they want, at any store. The Athlete's Foot has a Nike account. So they sell REAL shoes. Please REALIZE that no two Athlete's Foot stores are the same. They are like a McDonald's franchise. Some stores sell fakes in addition to the real shoes, some stores ONLY sell real shoes. So I'm not saying everything in every store is fake, it may be 0 fakes, 2-3, or 20. Here is an example of a pair of FAKE shoes found in an Athlete's Foot store in Detroit:

Another Detroit store selling fake wht/wht and blk/blk AF1's
"Exclusive"......."Rare"......"Limited"
These are all terms used by the local dude with the "hook up" to trick ignorant consumers into thinking they're getting the real deal when it comes to Air Force 1's. Don't fret though, Forces And Fitteds is here to try to help you pass on the fakes and laugh at those caught in them.
1. Would you buy a 06 Dodge Charger for $5,000 and expect it to be legit and in running condition? If so, you're a fool and there is nothing I can do to help you. If not, why in the world do you think shoes that cost $200 are going to be sold for $50.
2. None, I repeat, NONE of the shoes being sold at your local gas station, bodega, liquor store, or dollar stores are real. NONE OF THEM. If you want clothes and shoes, go to the mall. Snacks and GAS, hit the gas station.
3. 98% of the Air Force 1's on ebay are fake. If you don't know what you're doing, stay YOUR BUTT OFF EBAY.
4. If a sellers tells you they have a full size run of a shoe that is limited for a cheap price, there's a 99% chance that they are fake.
5. NOBODY YOU KNOW has a wholesale connect. Nobody "robbed" a Nike truck in your hood. Nobody hit a lick either. The only time they hit a lick is when your stupid self buys fake shoes from them.
6. You can join issforums.com, uptowns.net, kick-fiend.com, and other sneaker forums to ask about shoes if you're not sure about what is fake. Even the BEST OF US have been tricked, so there's no shame in asking. Better to ask and get clowned, than to buy and get REALLY CLOWNED.
7. Lastly, ASK ME. Just send an e-mail and I'll be glad to let you know if the site, or shoes you're looking into are FAKE. If I'm not sure, I'll ask others. The best policy is to go with your gut feeling. If they look fake, they are fake.
